About Elium Farm Market

At Elium Farm Market, we are committed to providing our community with fresh, locally-sourced produce and supporting our local farmers. We believe in the importance of sustainable agriculture and strive to create a space where farmers and consumers can connect.

Elium Farm is a small family farm owned and operated by Randy and Pam Elium.  Founded in 1978, as a commercial strawberry operation, Elium Farm provided the community with fresh strawberries pre-picked or the experience of picking their own. Eight years later, Elium Farm expanded the operation with the addition of blueberries and blackberries. Elium Farm expanded again in 2018 when Pam and Randy retired from full time careers and began creating the Elium Farm Market which added a full line of produce to the farm operation with the planting of a wide variety of fruit and vegetable crops.  These include tomatoes, green beans, sweet corn, squash, zucchini, peppers, cucumbers, okra, cantelopes, watermelons, white potatoes and sweet potatoes. Beyond fresh produce, the Eliums added a flock of Golden Comet hens for farm fresh eggs and hives for local raw honey as well as pasture-raised beef and pork from two other local livestock farms. Depending upon the season, all these items and more can be purchased at Elium Farm Market.
